From stage to kitchen.

Chef Jess has been immersed in creative pursuits for her entire life. She began as a classically trained singer with a passion for cooking. After having her daughter, she stayed home and spent time testing recipes and refining her style and skills. At the end of 2013, Jess decided to explore turning her hobby into a career and began working as a personal chef for her first client. After expanding her client base, she officially launched The Baited Plate, LLC in January of 2018. Chef Jess offers attention to detail, reliability, and open communication to her clients. She strives to create meals suited to the varying needs of each of her families, including vegetarian, gluten-sensitive, and low-carb options.
