• Meal Planning

Initially, I will sit down with your family and go over a list of your interests, making note of your favorite meals, ingredients to avoid, allergies, etc. Then, I design custom menus for your family based on your preferences and welcome feedback for meals you would like added to, changed, or removed from your portfolio.

  • Groceries

I put the grocery list together and gather the grocery items needed to prepare your meals. You are billed separately for groceries at the actual cost.

  • Cooking & Packaging

The cooking portion of our arrangement would involve a set block of time per week when your kitchen would be available for uninterrupted time. This is your “cook day,” and all of your meals will be prepared on this day. Clients, children, pets and other distractions should be out of the kitchen area on scheduled cook days for safety reasons. I prepare your meals so that they are ready to be reheated by you in the future. Some may involve basic prep work, and I leave instructions for that. Containers are provided by you. The most convenient storage containers are stackable dishes with lids (pyrex, for example). If you already have containers that will stack and store well, we can prioritize their use. I will wash the dishes that I use during the cooking process and return the kitchen to its pre-preparation state.
